Overview

This article provides information on retrieving employee IDs and passwords. If this is your first time accessing a UCM account, we recommend staring at MyCentral.

Most university applications are accessed through the Single Sign-On page that will ask for your university Network ID and password.

What is my Network ID?

Your Network ID (NID/username) is used to log into MyCentral, campus computers, UCM email, Brightspace, and UCMO WiFi. Your Network ID is sent to you in your welcome email on your start day.

Please note this is also the beginning of your employee email address, but your full email address cannot be used as your username. If you are also a student , you will receive a separate NID for your student account.

How do I reset my password?

To establish or reset your password, select the Forgot Password link on the Single Sign-On page and enter your Network ID on the next page. This will send an automated email from to your personal email address that you have registered with the university.

If you did not receive a password reset email, call the Technology Support Center at 660-543-4357.
