Update Google Workspace SSO Configuration

Overview

The following information can be used to either update the SP (Service Provider) information in UCM's wso2 IdP system for Google Workspace or to update Google Workspace's IdP configuration based on changes with UCM's wso2 IdP service.

Requirements

1. Global Admin access to https://admin.google.com
2. Sso.ucmo.edu metadata

Update IdP metadata certificate

1. Log into https://admin.google.com
2. Click Security
3. Click Authentication
4. Click SSO with third party IdP
5. Click edit for SSO profile for your organization
6. Click REPLACE CERTIFICATE
7. Select sso.ucmo.edu certificate file
8. Click SAVE
9. Test logon
10. If entries exist for Third-party SSO profiles, click on entry to edit (i.e. retiree.ucmo.edu)
    1. Click edit for IDP details
    2. Click UPLOAD ANOTHER CERTIFICATE (delete existing EXPIRED certificate first if two are already loaded)
    3. Select sso.ucmo.edu certificate file
    4. Click SAVE
    5. Test logon
