Change a user's account or access

Use this form to add or remove account accesses to systems such as Banner, Xtender, Argos or network drives. Below is additional information about account access.

Standard Access

Standard full time employee accounts receive a Network ID (NID), email, MyCentral, Office365, Blackboard Learn (does not include course assignments), and personal and departmental drive share permissions based on the organization in which the employee is paid.

Shared network folders can be found by browsing to your F: drive using File Explorer or entering \\ucmo\data as an address in the path field of File Explorer.

Click on:

  • The file explorer icon in your task bar;
    • If you do not have the explorer icon, you can click on Start (Window) and type the letter f, choose file explorer application. For Windows 11 users: click on Start (Window) and if it isn't visible as an icon there, click on all apps and start typing the words file explorer. The icon/app should display and once chosen, will take you to your file explorer with Network Locations listed.
  • From there, you can choose This PC, or \\ucmo\data in the search window and hit enter.

If additional network drive share permissions are needed, please submit a request with the drive share that is needed.

Banner Access

NOTE:  Depending on the access requested, the following forms will need to be initiated, submitted and approved by the area to which they have been submitted before access is granted to the user. The forms are separate from the service request.

For Banner HR Accesses the confidentiality form and Banner HR/PR Access Request Form must be submitted

For Banner Finance Access submit the signed form to Accounting Services

For Banner Student access submit the signed form to the Registrar
