Change or Update Hardware

Move, Modify, or Surplus an Existing UCM Computer

Submit this request if you need to make a change to an existing UCM Computer.  Examples of changes you can request include:  

  1. Physically relocate a computer;
  2. Add printer(s) to a computer;
  3. Add scan-to capabilities from an existing printer/scanner to a computer;
  4. Change ownership of a device, to include updating an inventory record for a new user/location; or,
  5. Surplus computers that are no longer needed in your department; etc.

NOTE:  Please do NOT submit this request to procure or install software on a UCM computer.  For these types of requests, please see the instructions for purchasing software, or contact the Technology Support Center at 660.543.4357 or tsc@ucmo.edu.

NOTE:  Please do NOT submit this request if the machine is broken in some way.  If an existing UCM computer is not functioning as expected, e.g. if something on or about that machine was working yesterday and it’s not working today, please contact the Technology Support Center at 660.543.4357 or tsc@ucmo.edu for troubleshooting and necessary repair tickets.
