How to Duo with Android
Instructions for each screen are listed below the screenshots.

Receive DUO enrollment email.

Open the enrollment email and click on the link that says, "To begin click this link to enroll a phone, tablet, or device".

This will open in a web browser. Click 'Get started'.

Choose “Duo Mobile” for device verification (recommended for the best setup experience).

Add your cell phone number and click “Continue”.

If your phone number is correct, select “Yes, it’s correct”.

Click “Next” to download the Duo Mobile application. Return to the browser to continue the setup process.

Once the app is downloaded, select “Open Duo Mobile”.
9. Your account should now be linked. You can go through practice screens or skip them.

11. After denying entry, proceed to the sample approval process.
12. Click the approve button.
13. Click "Next".
14. Choose to allow or turn off data collection for the Duo Mobile application.
15. Click "OK".

How to Duo with Apple iPhone

Choose which browser to use for opening the link.

You will be taken to the Welcome to Duo Security screen. Select “Get Started”.
5. Select “Duo Mobile” (recommended for the best setup experience).
6. Add your phone number and click “Continue”.
7. If your phone number is correct, select “Yes, it’s correct”.
8. Click the “App Store” link to download the Duo Mobile app.

9. After downloading the app, return to your browser.
10. In the browser, select “Next”.
11. Select “Open Duo Mobile”.
12. Your account should now be linked. You can go through practice screens or skip them.

23. Enter the code provided in the previous screen into the Duo Mobile app and select “Verify”.
24. If you enter the wrong code, select “OK” and choose another verification method.
How to Duo on Microsoft Windows Computer
1. Open the enrollment email and click the link, “To begin click this link to enroll a phone, tablet, or device”.
2. You will be taken to the Welcome to Duo Security screen. Select “Get Started”.
3. Enter your phone number and select, "Continue".
4. If your phone number is correct. Click, "Yes, it's correct".
5. Click the “App Store” link to download the Duo Mobile app.
6. Now while on your phone click "Use QR code". Then scan the OR code that is on your computer screen.
7. If prompted, enter a name for the account (e.g., abc12345). If you already have an account, you may not see this screen.
8. Once finished, you should see your account in the Duo Mobile app.
